Product

What material are the stone building sets made of?

The bricks in our teifoc stone building sets are fired from clay. The water-soluble mortar consists of a mixture of corn and sand.

How does the construction work?

It's quite simple. First you mix the supplied mortar with water and then you start laying bricks. Everything is explained step-by-step in the enclosed instructions. You can find illustrated instructions here.

Do I need tools to assemble my kit?

No. Our teifoc stone building kits arrive with water-soluble mortar, a trowel and a bowl for mixing the mortar. Optionally, an old toothbrush would be great for cleaning the joints.

Does the mortar stain clothes and furniture?

No, our mortar consists of sand and water and is water-soluble. It can be easily wiped off surfaces and washed out of textiles.

Are the stone building kits suitable for outdoor use?

As our mortar is water-soluble, the stone building sets are not suitable for outdoor use. However, you can replace the mortar supplied with tile adhesive, for example, to make the houses waterproof.

Can I download the building instructions before I buy a product?

There is currently no download function. But you are welcome to send us an e-mail with the corresponding article number to info@teifoc.de and we will send you the instructions digitally.

Where do you manufacture your products? What about sustainability?

We produce all teifoc stone building sets in Germany at our production site in Pfaffschwende, Thuringia. We attach great importance to using materials that are free of harmful substances and as regional and sustainable as possible.

Shipping

What are the shipping costs?

Orders in our online store are free of shipping costs for end customers within Germany from a purchase value of 20.00 EUR. The shipping costs for orders under 20.00 EUR are 6.50 EUR (insured with DHL GoGreen). In other EU countries and Switzerland, shipping costs are calculated according to weight.

When will my brick building kit arrive?

We deliver within Germany with DHL GoGreen in 1-2 working days. Currently, 92% of our parcels in Germany are delivered the day after the order is placed (as of August 2023). In the EU and Switzerland, the delivery time is between 1-5 working days.

Is there a tracking number?

Yes, as soon as your delivery is on its way to you, you will receive an email with the DHL tracking number.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver within Germany, Switzerland and the EU. 

How can I order from the USA?

Our online store does not currently deliver to the USA. But you can order from our dealer Five K Ltd.

Returns / Complaints

How can I return an ordered product?

Returns within the withdrawal period (14 days after delivery) are possible at any time. You can purchase a return label from us for your return shipment (costs: 4.40 EUR within Germany). To do this, send an email to info@teifoc.de. For returns from abroad, shipping must be organized by the buyer. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a return label in this case.

Stones are missing from my set or have been delivered broken.

We are sorry about this. Please send an e-mail to info@teifoc.de stating the missing or broken parts and your order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

How can I cancel an order?

We endeavor to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. It is therefore possible that we have already dispatched your order and can no longer cancel it. If you want to cancel an order, please send us an email with your order number to bestellung@teifoc.de as soon as possible. We will then check whether it is still possible to cancel and inform you as soon as possible.

How can I order as a retailer?
